Probably fine: 143 pounds for someone 5'7" in height is very likely to be normal, especially if you are active and fit in which case you are likely more muscular. Ideal weight for a sedentary person of your height might be a little less...in the mid-130's. I would not focus on weight loss (or weight at all in this situation), but instead focus on good nutrition, healthy eating and staying active. Best wishes:)
