Need more info: The information you provided is not sufficient for a diagnosis. It would be prudent to discuss it with the doctor who ordered the tests as s/he known more about your history, physical findings and result of other tests/images.

Wrong place to ask: Please forgive my frankness. Percentages mean nothing. Absolute counts are what matters. HOW high are the neutrophils? Simple stress can do this to anyone -- in fact, I've done this to myself testing what jumping into chilly water does. If no abnormal cells were reported, and you're an adult, it's almost certainly not leukemia. Ask your physician whether it's even worth following up.

R/O infection: You should be evaluated for bacterial infection with blood culture, and if negative you may need bone marrow aspiration and biopsy for diagnosis.
