Pregnancy?: Pregnancy is possible, and the corpus luteum cyst which produced the egg can cause dull pain. Get a serum HCG test for pregnancy (very accurate) if your period is delayed to be certain. If positive and the pain is increased on the left, see your healthcare provider for an exam and further diagnosis.

Possible: Pregnancy is possible. Keep an eye on it, though. If the pain is persistent, get it checked out by a doctor. If you are pregnant with pain on one side, it raises a concern for an ectopic pregnancy and these can be serious. Best wishes!
