Is it possible to have morning sickness before a positive pregnancy test? i have not had my period in over a year because i am nursing my 8 month old.

Go with preg test: Nursing and not having a period is no guarantee for not ovulating - so a nursing mom could be pregnant. However, it seems highly unlikely to me that morning sickness in the presence of a negative pregnancy test would indicate a pregnancy. I would trust the pregnancy test.
