Evaluation: If the pregnancy tests are negative and you have no symptoms of pregnancy, you are probably not pregnant. There are a lot of things that can make you miss periods. Evaluation with a full history, an exam and appropriate testing are needed to know what is going on in your case. Hope this helps.
