Additional help: There are multiple reasons for "belly fat". One reason may be a hormonal state associated with your genetics-a family history of diabetes. This is a different type of fat. Proper diet with regular exercise resulting in net caloric deficit over a long period of time is needed. Specific food types may help especially the reduction of refined carbohydrates. A regular exercise regimen is important.
