Get a free consult: Generally I would tell someone your age not to worry about this cosmetically. However you can see several plastic surgeons & ask their opinions at no cost to you. Once you sign up for a treatment there will be cost! If you're thin there is no reason you should require a tummy tuck, Laser procedures will probably do. This would also carry significantly less risk to you personally. Stay healthy

Improve Posture: You are not alone, a lot of people who are not obese have that seemingly permanent crease you describe and it is most often posture related. You even noted slouching in your question. A tummy tuck or laser resurfacing should not be your first choice. The best advice would be to exercise to strengthen your core and improve your posture. Physical therapy or a personal trainer may help with posture.
