Folliculitis?: It may be irritation and antiinflammatories such as salicylic acid or hydrocortisone cream may help. You should first check or test the ingredients for sensitivity or allergy. Consider a test spot elsewhere on your body. If so switch to hypoallergenic or sensitive skin products.
