Every time i get over the flu or cold my chest, back & neck breaks out in red spots. doesn't itch but is slightly raised. never happened when younger?

The spots may be a result of small vessel rupture due to coughing. These lesions are not typically raised. There are also viral rashes, but usually diffuse in distribution. Have a flu and COVID-19 vaccination, and a virtual consultation with Healthtap is available when this occurs.
