See primary doctor: If a person has "white" stools, the stools are called "acholic", which means the stools don't have bile from the liver. Bile is made in the liver and goes to the gall bladder and then into the intestine. Without a gallbladder, bile is going straight into the intestine... which means there may be a bile duct stone blocking the path from the liver to the intestine. One's doctor can check this out.
