Just recently i found out i have a lymph node my doctor told me not to worry but now its hard and before it wasn't like that what should i do?

Lymph node: Is size changing? If the lymph node is getting smaller then getting firmer is normal. That is a re active lymph node. Increases in response to infection then shrinks. If lymph node increasing in size then I would get that checked.
