A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vasodilation: The classical example of fainting is a thin female who gets out of bed and goes into a hot shower, and passes out or near passes out! This happens due to vasodilation of the blood vessels dropping the blood pressure and causing fainting or the feeling of ready to faint. Make sure you drink lots of fluids and you might want to add salt to your diet.
