Some thoughts...: When there are different temperatures to several parts of the body, along with nausea and faintness, one may be coming down with flu-like symptoms, which can be from the seasonal flu virus or other germs. Hormonal changes and/or blood sugar problems may also cause such symptoms. The question is a bit hard to interpret, but one can see a primary care doctor if symptoms are persistent or bothersome.
