Pay attention: This could be the start of multiple things. Did the pain start after a meal?, Could be early sign of gallstones. Difficulty with urination, nausea, or fever? Could be sign of kidney infection or kidney stone. Keep an eye out for rash. Could be start of shingles, superficial skin infection or more serious systemic infection. Recent history of trauma, (soccer?), could be rib hairline fx.
