I've just had a gastroscopy for coeliac. showed gastritis. bloated and severe stitch pain in side. sometimes pain / burning under ribs. please help!

Gastritis: Celiac disease is not diagnosed by gastroscopy since it involves the small intestines and not the upper GI tract. You problem appears to be from inflammation in the stomach which may be associated with H pylori infection, NSAIDs intake etc. It is best for you to consult your doctor or see a GI specialist to get a more focused diagnosis and treatment.

I've been preacribed Lansop Unicorn 30 for Gastritis a week ago. But my symptoms still stay the same and I am feelig unwell.Burning sensation in upper abdomen, nausea, back ache. Feeling bloated and uncomfortable. Loss of apetite.
