W/U nessacary for DX: Left upper quadrant pain, — can occur with many conditions affecting a variety of organs, including the stomach, colon, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, lungs and heart. The hx is more compatible with Splenic Flexure syndrome , condition that causes gas to become trapped inside flexures or curves — within your colon,other causes incl. swallowing air,chewing gum, gas forming food.Needs CT Scan and w/u
