Not good use for ER: If you go to the Emergency Department and ask for an ultrasound or hcg level, you could get an idea of how far along you are in pregnancy. But is that truly an emergency? I assume you are uncertain about the first day of your last menstrual cycle, since that is an indicator of where you are in pregnancy.
