Hard to answer: It all depends on at what age you started your growth spurt of puberty. Some boys are just about done growing by 16 if they started their growth spurts in their early teens. Other, who start in mid-teens, still may have years of growth left. If that's the case for you, it is possible you could attain your dad's height. If you started growing in your early teens, then you might be close to done.
