Maybe. Ask your Dr.: Your Dr. tracks your annual height increase on a graph. If it hasn't flattened out, and is still rising, there is still more growth to come. Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person can do to increase his final height.
