About 5'8" +/- 1 in: Based on maternal and paternal age patient would be expected to end up at 5'8' plus/minus 1-2 inches. To figure out expected height you take mom's height, add 6 inches, then take that number (5'10") and dad's height and find the mid-point. So pt most likely going to grow another 2 inches.

Some=yes: From your parental heights,your predicted height would be 5'8". At sixteen, you should still have open growth centers and may make it, but I would not expect more. An x-ray of your wrist and hand can confirm open growth centers or show that you are done.A balanced diet, proper sleep, and regular exercise can give you the best chance.
