Time for testing: After 12 months of unprotected sex a young couple should be seen by an obgyn or infertility specialist. There are 3 basic tests. 1. A semen analysis to make sure his sperm is normal. 2. Ovulation testing 3. An Xray to confirm your tubes are open. Your Obgyn can order these tests and get the infertility testing process started.
