Blackheads on nipple: This does occur. Wash with soap and water 2 x a day use benzoyl peroxide, for open wound use bacitracin ( or desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) helps heal and is anti-bacterial/anitfungal) Follow up with dermatologist/ urgent care have someone look at it
