my skin is combo/oily type but after moving to sa's dry climate its so dry,itchy,flaky and also have painful acne and blackheads. whats happening?

Manage your acne: There is no explaining the change in your "skin type", a subscientific idea, but as an adult you have a duty to yourself to manage your acne. If it is painful, you will need both benzoyl peroxide and something else from your physician
