See below: the kidney is capable of excreting potassium and magnesium, if you have normal function of the kidneys your body retains any deficit and excretes the excess amount vinegar is metabolized in the liver the level of potassium and magnesemia is kept normal in the blood ,by other mechanisms,until ,they are eliminated in the urine
