Ovulation: Ovulation usually occurs 14 days BEFORE your next period. You need to take a guess and count backwards 14 days from your anticipated period. An ovulation prediction kit might be helpful. You should perform a ball body temp chart to see if your temp goes up to make sure that you are ovulating.
