Day 11-12: Generally you will ovulate mid cycle thus if your cycle is 24 days you ovulate day 12, if 22 days then day 11. Remember the 1st day that you bleed is considered day 1. A normal cycle is 28 days +/- 1 week.

Ovulation: Ovulation most likely on cd 7-10. I suggest trying to conceive for 6-8 mos., and if you don't conceive then see your md. The most likely 1st step would be to try clomid (clomiphene).

Not normal: It's not normal to have short menstrual cycles and can indicate a hormone problem. It's imperative you see a board certified reproductive endocrinologist who can properly test you to determine why you have short cycles. That way, you can be treated in the most appropriate fashion. www.reproendo.com.
