It's been 43 days since my last period i took a test yesterday and it was neg. how do i know when i ovulate again. trying to conceive please help ?

Tests and BBT: check your basal body temperature and also do a home ovulation test. BBT increase of 1 degree around usual mid-cycle cetainly is indicative ( not diagnostic) of ovulation.
