I : I think that you can accomplish this with a good diet - eating less. Breastfeeding as long as you can. Getting on a exercise program with a good trainer, and getting proper sleep will work best. Of course getting your schedule in order, so that you have some time available to do these things is paramount. Mothers have a stressful, chaotic, sleep deprived existence. It will take lots of work, planning and courage to get control of this. You can do it. Best wishes.
