Please read...: This is typically a self limiting conditon. No antibiotics work. As long as there is no Hypoxia( pulse ox check is above 95 %) babies do well. If there is difficulty breathing, they can get tired and may have to be seen again by your primary care doc. Some times nebuliser treatment, steroids have and can be used if needed, as also admission for worsening. Cannot opine on that without exam.

Safety: As long as baby can breathe well enough to keep up with her fluid needs (drink) and wet diapers/pee every 6-8 hrs she will be stable. Bronchiolitis is a week to 2 week ordeal no matter what treatment is tried. If she quits drinking/feeding or you really get spooked, take her back in.
