I have breathing issues but my sinuses are full of polyps and there afraid to put me asleep but i need to breathe, to get the oxygen yes.

Nasal polyps: Not sure of the context of why surgery to remove the polyps can't be done. With surgery they can manage your airway by putting a tube down your throat to help you breathe. Infra nasal steroid sprays could potentially help your condition and I see you are not taking one. Talk to your doctor.
