Usually too much: If you're on an adequate dose of isotretinoin, your skin is likely too dry to tolerate Epiduo also. I don't think I've ever treated a patient with a topical retinoid (like Epiduo) while they're on isotretinoin. Sometimes use afterward for scarring and/or persistent blocked pores.
