Yes: Epiduo is the #1 prescribed topical acne medication in the usa. It is a mild Retin-A like medication called differin (adapalene) mixed with benzoyl peroxide which is in many otc acne meds. Oratane is the pill, isotretinoin. Usually the pill is all you need, but yes, you can spot treat pimples safely with the epiduo.
