Green tea is: a good substitute for coffee. It has some caffeine but not as much as coffee. If you can get loose tea leaves you can brew them in a Mr. Coffee or use a strainer. White tea is even more potent. Peace and good health. Tea contains theanine which helps us to be alert w/out being "wired."
