Probably fine: subchorionic hemmohage is very common early on. We wouldn't even know about it if not for high quality ultrasound. As long as the embryo's heartbeat is normal (around 120 bpm) I doubt there is any increased risk of pregnancy loss at all. This is different than a placental abruption which can occur in the third trimester where berest is often recommended
