Leg raises: Hang in there! Cerclage is very helpful. Lemon slices do NOT prevent clotting, and is bad for your teeth enamel. Simple leg raises and feet movement (moving feet up/down at ankle) is enough to keep circulation going. Also, you may wear Leg compression stocking which are OTC. Make sure the stockings are not to tight at the seams. Leg raises/foot exercises do NOT affect the cerclage. Stay hydrated.
