How long can i go back to my physical training after microdiskectomy procedure considering with/without complications?

6 weeks: Unfortunately you can never completely escape the possibility of complications, but generally you can resume normal activities 6 weeks after a microdiscectomy. Some surgeons will allow return to normal activity even sooner than that, so you should really discuss this with your own surgeon.
