Endometrial cancer: this is a type of endometrial cancer. The 2 refers to the fact the cancer does not respond to estrogen. Well differentiated means the cells are similar to normal cells and this is usually a good sign. Cancer that is more atypical or less different than the normal cells is usually of more concern.
