Infiltrating: Means outside of the breast duct. Well differentiated -- looks less angry than poorly differentiated tumor. Carcinoma = cancer. Invades = infiltrating. Not sure about involvement of the lymph channels.

Sounds like a: Polyp report, but it would help to know where the biopsy was taken (what organ). Translation: its cancer, it needs to be removed, it is of low risk, but if indeed colon, lymph nodes need to be evaluated. An endoscopic ultrasound may better describe nodes and depth of invasion, particularly if a rectal polyp.
