?Cause of Anemia: With help from your doctor, you must find out the cause of Anemia and then treat the cause, if it it is possible. As for your back pain anemia may or may not be related. But you do need strong back muscles for doing your job. You should exercise your back muscles daily....a brisk walk for 30 to 45 minutes daily would help to get your back in better condition.

Anaemia: Important to find the cause of the anaemia . Treatment is iron replacement or blood transfusion , depending on severity. Important to prevent iron loss. See your doctor to find the cause. Unless cause is found, all treatments are going to be a temporary fix
