Many possibilities: There are many causes to fatigue. In addition to anemia, other possibilities include thyroid disorders, depression, anxiety, infections, insomnia (and the many causes to insomnia), diabetes and other chronic diseases, and a whole host of other maladies. Best to see your doctor to make a diagnosis after a thorough work up.

Exercise: Agree with Dr.C. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
