Sorry it didn't help: A nice warm bath is a good idea to help deal with many unpleasant symptoms: ease pain, aid sleep, reduce stress, help a cold (steam)...but I don't think helping nausea & vomiting would typically be expected. There are many causes of vomiting: pregnancy, viruses, food poisoning, meds, motion sickness, etc. If able, drink clear liquids, avoid solid food, then BRAT: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast
