If inflammation: If your prostate is enlarged because it is inflamed this may be of assistance. If you have chronic prostatic hypertrophy it is unlikely to change anything significantly.

Prostate: No. It won't change the size of a prostate enlarged by BPH but it will help soothe prostatic inflammation due to prostatitis.
