My 18 month old drank bath water with bubble bath in it and is now coughing and vomiting, should i be concerned?

See below: If it was simple soap bubbles, he should be ok as his body is just getting rid of the irritating substance, however, if he is coughing and having any respiratory problems, get him seen asap as the soap may have been inhaled and could cause an chemical pneumonitis and required close medical observation and treatment.

Bubble bath cough: If coughing and vomiting persists he should be evaluated for a chemical pneumonia caused by the detergent in the bubble bath.
