Pain management is : no easy task to get anymore in the US. For one, the pain meds you can get OTC (over the counter), you'll have to pay cash for since they are off patent, and your diagnosis will determine which pain medicine will work best for your condition. A few stronger pain meds like narcotics require special prescription by pain management experts. You can seek free Med care in public health/county hospitals.
