Probably unrelated: Hi. At face value, everything your doc did looks completely appropriate. Breathing problems are not a manifestation of either under-replacement or over-replacement of thyroid hormone, so whatever the breathing thing is, it's probably unrelated to your thyroid situation. Maybe asthma, bronchitis, etc. Ask your doc about your breathing problem. If it's serious, go to the ER. Good luck!
