Possibly CT: While asleep you might fold your wrists forward and pinch the median nerve in the palm side of the wrist, i.e., arouse symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. Try wearing cock-up wrist splints to bed and review your daily activities for repetative stress to your wrists, i.e., repetative turning or bending. Take extra b- vitamins, which are reputed to help the nerve irritation of ct.
