Many things: Eat healthy, exercise, stay lean, don't smoke or drink, no drugs, be happy and laugh a lot, love vigorously, befriend many, do acts of kindness, generosity, and honesty. Find what you like to do and do it well. Have a good self image. Wear seat belts. Don't advocate the violent overthrow of the government.......

Several guidelines. : A good healthy diet including vegetables and fruit, moderate amounts of lean meats, and plenty of water. Stay away from sugar, alcohol, and caffein as much as possible. Make sure you get plenty of sleep. Find an exercise that you enjoy, be committed and do it 3-5 times a week. Find a way to have inner peace and joy in your life. If you can develop this it will show through in your outer beauty.
