"best" is variable: Some may same...Best is to allow your body to clear the infection without intervention by medicines....Most will resolve on their own just as quickly without any antibiotics...Some will persist or develop complications so best to me would be treat if not resolved in a couple of days..Best is also not the most broad spectrum antibiotic...Best is amox at about 90mg/kg/day given twice a day.
