A few things: Regular activities on your feet can help maintain bone density. Talk to your doctor about medication use. Omeprazole can contribute to bone density loss if taken long enough. Talk to your doctor about about calcium and vitamin d3 levels as well. Good luck.

Stay active: The most important factor is maintaining bone mass in patients your age is to remain physically active; you should also take calcium and vitamin d, although if you have a normal diet, your daily intake should be sufficient.
