See A Physician?: From reading what you wrote, I do not know where these "bumps" are located, or how long this situation has been going on. However, if your nose is actually swollen, not from blowing your nose frequently, but truly swollen, that is not normal. The bleeding can be a myriad of reasons, from simple dry-air in the winter, to more difficult things to diagnose over the internet. Saline spray may help.
